I gave Helen one star because no star review was allowed. At the very least we are deserving of an apology for Helen's behavior. They are a damaging representation of what your company stands for and thus should be mitigated in all haste.
I implore Bed Bath & Beyond to fully research and address this individual. It is highly likely that we are not the first customers to experience this attempted degradation by Helen. With that being said, this behavior was reprehensible, and no individual deserves to be treated in this manner. Additionally, she shoved the receipt towards us without saying a word. She grabbed our product, cashed us out, tossed the item in a bag and onto the counter. (BBBY) stock quote, history, news and other vital information to help you with your stock trading and investing. In fact, she did not speak or acknowledge us, and her eyes spoke of an individual who is all too comfortable with discriminating against people of race, sexual orientation, etc. Our initial approach to the checkout area was greeted by a leering face lacking anything resembling customer service. As a relations specialist for a global corporation for over 19 years, I was appalled with our interaction with the cashier, Helen.
BED BATH BEYOND CONTACT NUMBER FULL
While you are not immediately refunded, at least you do not have to wait the full turn around time to go through a claim. The best way of finding an item on our website is to perform a search by the item description. If you are able to catch this before your transaction goes from pending to a finalized transaction, then BBB may be able to stop that payment. Ours was found by first and last name and since it was still pending, BBB was able to cancel that transaction so that the funds are not pulled out and having to be returned by the bank. IF they cannot find your "order" that way, then they will need the full 16 digit number of the credit/debit card used. Had to call my husband, which was the card effected and called back to find out that they could first try to look up the transaction by the name on the card.
Spoke with the first woman who said she needed the card number to look up information.
Selected option 4, customer service and then option 5 - all other issues. After canceling my card and reporting a claim with the bank, I called 1800462-3966 (1800-GOBEYOND). I was charged a $400 charge this morning. Store #651 is what every online transaction to is labeled.
